While attending the 2026 reunion in Iowa it was strongly suggested that the next reunion (2028) be held in North Carolina. It was also made abundantly clear that it was the next generations turn to start taking over the planning. Jennifer Whitener and JJ Pritchett were in attendance and after contacting and getting buy in from our cousins in NC that couldn’t attend in Iowa we agreed to host the 2028 reunion and then the fun begins. After returning to North Carolina with a lot of ideas and thoughts we gathered at Ronnie and C.J.s house to get the first big two things settled. When and Where. After discussing several ideas we’ve decided the best option is to have get together on Friday 6/16/2028 at Ronnie and C.J.s home near Hickory NC, and the Reunion on 6/17/2028 with the location still to be determined.
